What Would Happen If Civ Updated To 1.12+?
    • 1.12 with 1.8pvp
    - Elytra
    - Shulkers
    - End Cities
    - Shield
-New Enchants (Mending and the Curse's)
    - New Blocks
This means we need an end with a border so people don't make unfindable bases in the end. This limits finding cities so Elytra's and Shulkers will be limited. This also means no one should be able to claim the main end island because that'd be an unfair advantage. Though they could claim the portals and people can flag them since there are multiple with the new update. The border will need to be pretty big since the Elytra can be used to travel fast and forever if someone has Mending, unb 3, and fireworks. People will complain that they can fly over walls, but you can pearl over walls and if it bothers people that much make saferooms to run in. Chorus fruit can be used to get in bases, but that shouldn't bother people either if you can pearl of fly over them. I don't think these should be disabled either. Gaining entry doesn't do anything except let them kill you as if it was wild. Half of people's bases are underground vaults anyway Shulkers would be used for extra pots in fights, but also to store raid loot and regular stuff in bases.

    • 1.13 with 1.8pvp
    - 1.12 features ^
    - Water Mechanics
    - Tridents
    - New mobs (Drowned and Phantoms dolphins and turtles and codfish)
    -New blocks
I like to call this update the useless update. Tridents are trash and useless. Water Mechanics are meh and boring, turtles and dolphins are cool and ships have loot and ruins. Turtle Eggs can be used to make gold farms. Kelp can be used to cook in a furnace or eaten, but overall useless. Phantoms attack when you don't sleep and that'd be annoying because I don't know anyone who sleeps in civ still. Overall useless and only good thing are the blocks and codfish .

    • 1.14 or 1.15 with 1.8 pvp
    - 1.12 and 1.13 features ^
    - New blocks
    - Crossbow
    - Enchants
    - Mobs (foxes, pandas, and termites)
    - Updated Biomes
    - New Villager looks and trades
    - Pillagers and ugly beast thing they ride.
    - A new PvP possibly 1.8 or 1.7pvp
    - Bamboo
Big changes and in my opinion the best one. New PVP ?? Interesting and could be old or similar to it. Updated Biomes is going to be great and these mobs will chill. New Villager trades will be nice and villages will be "designed" depending on the biome. New graphic settings also interesting (super fancy). Scaffolding is interesting and cool. Crossbows actually useful instead of the trident. Can hit multiple people at once, goes farther, stronger, Pierce through multiple mobs or players, and can reload fast(If Enchants added). Not only those new Enchants, but bow Enchants can be added on them. New blocks will make towns bloom and nice. With Vali's idea of chest shop trading people can make nice towns for trade with these new blocks. Not only does it have these features, but it has 1.12 and 1.13 features for those of you who care about them.

Note: More features are to come in 1.14 and we don't know much about 1.15 also if updated some clients like Badlion, Labymod, Hyperium, 5zig will take a while to update to these versions for example 1.13 nothing is out yet except 5zig and optifine, but being worked on.

    Whose this for? Civ community.

He means, don't bold everything, it makes it harder on the eyes and causes reader aversion. It's fine to have some things in bold, but only where it is either being stressed to the reader, or as a topic pointer (header, category).
