The purpose of Staff on Civwars is to help keep the server free of spammers, hackers, trollers, etc, and also to help out any players in seek of aid. When a player needs help, staff are expected to stop what they are doing immediately and see what the player needs help with.
Being part of the staff team on Civwars does come with some requirements as the position would need to be given to the correct person. The requirements for applying for a staff position:

- You are mature enough to hold the position.
- You are at least 15 years old.
- You know how the server runs and are able to assist other players if needed.
- You have contributed to some part of the server (posting on forums, active on Discord, finding bugs, helping fellow members out, etc).
- You are recognized by the players as nice and helpful.
- You are responsible and have a good attitude.
- If you have a declined application you would have to wait 30 days before posting a new one!
